Emulation Block No. 1, Army Corps 16 summarizes the Emulation Movement for Victory

On the afternoon of October 28, Emulation Block No. 1, Army Corps 16, including: Political Department, Staff Department, Logistics Department, Organization - Labor Department, Command Office and Regional Criminal Investigation Agency, held a conference to summarize the Emulation Movement for Victory (TĐQT) in 2025.

Last year, the Bloc's International Youth Movement was implemented comprehensively and synchronously in all aspects of work. The activities closely followed the emulation contents and goals, combined with movements and campaigns of all levels and sectors, taking place continuously, widely, in depth and with influence.

Colonel Lai Van Tuan, Standing Member, Political Commissar of Army Corps 16, spoke at the Emulation Bloc.

Accordingly, during the year, the Bloc has done a good job in education and propaganda; advised the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the 16th Corps to successfully organize the 6th Congress of the Corps Party Committee, term 2025-2030; successfully completed military and defense tasks; ensured good logistics and technical work, promoted production increase, ensured 98% of healthy troops; competed to well implement the "Three breakthroughs" according to the Resolution of the 11th Army Party Congress, continued to adjust the organization and payroll to be lean, compact, and strong; innovated and improved the quality of training, 100% of test results met requirements, 75% were good and excellent, absolute safety for people and weapons and equipment; promoted administrative reform, digital transformation, actively participated in the "Digital Education for the People" movement...

At the same time, proactively and effectively carry out emulation movements, build and replicate advanced models, contributing to building a Party organization that successfully and excellently completes its tasks, contributing to building a comprehensively strong agency that is "exemplary and typical".

Representatives of units in the Bloc expressed their determination to compete.

The conference also handed over the tasks of block leader and deputy block leader in 2026. Accordingly, the Logistics Department takes on the role of block leader, and the Command Office takes on the role of deputy block leader.
