Over the past year, the Emulation Movement for Excellent Performance within the Bloc has been implemented comprehensively and synchronously across all aspects of work. Activities have closely followed the contents and objectives of the emulation movement, combined with the movements and campaigns of all levels and sectors, taking place continuously, widely, deeply, and with a strong ripple effect.

Colonel Lai Van Tuan, Standing Committee Member and Head of Political Affairs of the 16th Army Corps, delivered a speech at the Emulation Bloc.

Accordingly, during the year, the Block performed well in education and propaganda; advised and assisted the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the 16th Army Corps in successfully organizing the 6th Party Congress of the Army Corps, term 2025-2030; successfully completed military and national defense tasks; ensured good logistics and technical work, promoted agricultural production, and ensured a healthy troop strength of 98%; competed to effectively implement the "Three Breakthroughs" according to the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of the Army; continued to adjust the organizational structure to be lean, efficient, and strong; innovated and improved the quality of training, with 100% of inspection results meeting requirements, 75% achieving good or excellent results, and absolute safety of personnel and weapons and equipment; promoted administrative reform, digital transformation, and actively participated in the "Digital Literacy Movement"...

At the same time, proactively and effectively implement emulation movements, build and replicate advanced models, contributing to building Party organizations that successfully and excellently fulfill their tasks, and contributing to building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" agencies.

Representatives from the units within the Bloc expressed their determination to compete.

The conference also included the handover of duties for the block leader and deputy block leader for 2026. Accordingly, the Logistics Department will assume the role of block leader, and the Command Headquarters Office will assume the position of deputy block leader.
