
According to Dr. Nguyen Quang, Deputy Director of Phuc Hung Private General Hospital in Quang Ngai, as of the morning of December 14th, the hospital had received a total of 28 suspected cases of food poisoning from eating bread from the HV establishment.
Of these, 15 cases were admitted on February 13th. From the night of December 13th to this morning, December 14th, the hospital admitted 13 cases with symptoms similar to the previous cases (on December 13th), including fever, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, etc.

Following emergency treatment, eight patients were discharged, while 20 are continuing treatment at the facility.
It is known that starting from yesterday morning, December 13th, along with Phuc Hung Private General Hospital in Quang Ngai, Quang Ngai Provincial General Hospital also received two patients with symptoms of food poisoning after eating bread at the HV shop.

Emergency cases related to eating bread at the HV facility involved people living in various communes and wards such as Nghia Lo, Khanh Cuong, Nghia Giang, Cam Thanh, etc.
Authorities and relevant agencies are currently investigating the cause of the incident. Immediately after receiving the information, the Quang Ngai Department of Health requested relevant agencies to collect samples of bread and other ingredients to determine the cause of the food poisoning. Simultaneously, an inspection team was organized at the HV bread shop, and a temporary suspension of business was requested pending a definitive conclusion.
