
Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen (fifth from the right) was honored as an exemplary advanced model of Tan Phu commune for the first time (2025-2030).
Tan Trung B hamlet covers an area of 918 hectares, with 890 households and over 4,000 inhabitants, including 126 Cham ethnic minority households (445 people) and 72 Khmer ethnic minority households (308 people). This is an area with a large ethnic minority population and challenging socio -economic conditions, requiring the hamlet's Party branch leaders to be close to the people, understand their needs, and work responsibly.
Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen is the only Party Branch Secretary and Hamlet Head in Tan Phu commune with a university degree and a certificate in intermediate-level political theory. In his role, he always focuses on improving the quality of Party branch activities, promoting the role of the political core at the grassroots level, linking theoretical studies with local practice, thereby enhancing leadership and management effectiveness and fostering consensus among the people.
Mr. Nguyen always stays close to the grassroots, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the people to advise and propose appropriate solutions. For some Khmer households who have lived there for many years but lack complete legal documents, causing difficulties in obtaining initial land use certificates, he persistently reviewed, collected information, completed the dossiers, and requested the competent authorities to consider and resolve the issues for more than 10 households in the Bo Ket area, contributing to stabilizing their lives and ensuring their legitimate rights.
During the complex Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, he volunteered to directly serve at the Tan Hung Secondary School's centralized quarantine area (Tan Hung commune, Tan Chau district, former Tay Ninh province), effectively working with the local authorities to prevent and control the epidemic and protect the health of the people.
In the field of Party building, Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen directly participated in mobilizing, training, and admitting 3 new Party members in 3 consecutive years, contributing to strengthening the Party organization at the grassroots level. Regarding national defense and security, he achieved outstanding results in the recruitment and conscription of citizens into the military, and actively encouraged, cared for, and motivated young people before they departed for military service.
In addition, Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen has participated in blood donation 15 times; actively propagated the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws to the Cham and Khmer ethnic minorities; and encouraged people to participate in health insurance, gradually improving the awareness and living standards of the people in the area.

In local emulation movements, Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen mobilized the people in the hamlet to cooperate with the commune government in implementing a flag-lined road to welcome the First Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030; coordinated the construction of charity houses and rural roads; and strictly implemented the distribution of gifts on the occasion of National Day on September 2nd as directed by the Prime Minister, ensuring timeliness, especially for ethnic minorities.
In particular, in 2025, Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen received an extraordinary commendation for his outstanding achievements in coordinating the investigation and rapid resolution of a case of abduction of a person under 16 years of age that occurred in the commune, contributing to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.
With the achievements he has made, Mr. Ngo Trong Nguyen has been commended as an exemplary advanced figure of Tan Phu commune for the first time (2025-2030).
