The province particularly emphasizes encouraging businesses to proactively propose projects based on practical needs, while also creating mechanisms for businesses to participate deeply in research and technology transfer programs.

Following the Government's direction on developing a national innovation ecosystem, Tay Ninh has implemented many programs to support businesses in researching, testing, applying, and commercializing new technologies. Collaborative activities with universities and research institutes inside and outside the province have been expanded, strongly promoting the tripartite cooperation model of "State - Scientists - Businesses".

The province is committed to receiving and processing applications quickly and transparently, while also establishing a focal point to support businesses throughout the implementation of science and technology tasks.
