Arts and culture constitute a special field, not only directly creating a healthy military cultural environment but also playing a crucial role in cultivating the qualities of revolutionary soldiers. Especially during holidays and days off, arts and culture activities become a spiritual bridge, helping officers and soldiers relax, recharge their energy, and develop their talents.
The key factor in ensuring that cultural and artistic activities at the unit, especially during holidays, weekends, and public holidays, are maintained effectively, have depth, and develop sustainably, is the human resources issue – the team of staff and talented individuals in this field.
Deeply aware of this issue, Brigade 368, 12th Corps, has made many efforts to discover and promote artistic talents among officers and soldiers, thereby creating a solid foundation for cultural activities during holidays.
Through regular activities such as seminars, forums, comrades' birthday celebrations, karaoke competitions, performances, and mass cultural festivals (often held on days off or during breaks), cultural and artistic talents are given ample opportunity to showcase their abilities. This is fertile ground and a healthy military cultural environment that enriches the spiritual lives of officers and soldiers during their days off.

This unit integrates a comprehensive political and cultural space encompassing the Cultural Center, the Ho Chi Minh Room, and the common room. Here, not only are conferences and resolution studies held, but soldiers also participate in singing competitions, reading sessions, film screenings, and cultural performances. This creates a cheerful and cohesive atmosphere, contributing to reduced training stress and enhanced combat readiness among officers and soldiers in the unit. |
