Following the directives of the Government and the Ministry of National Defense regarding the implementation of the "Quang Trung Campaign," the 34th Army Corps deployed over 700 officers and soldiers, along with numerous vehicles, equipment, and supplies, to heavily damaged areas to help people overcome the consequences of natural disasters and quickly stabilize their lives. In Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces, the Army Corps was assigned to build 80 new houses for the people. The unit identified this as a key and urgent political task.

At the inspection sites, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh directly listened to reports from unit commanders on the progress of their tasks and conducted on-site inspections of housing construction and renovation projects. The Commander of the 34th Army Corps commended the sense of responsibility and determination of the officers and soldiers who are carrying out the task of assisting people affected by the recent floods.

The comrade requested that units continue to thoroughly understand the spirit of "serving the people," uphold the traditions of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and promote the spirit of unity, initiative, and creativity in organizing and implementing tasks; commanders should pay attention to the lives and morale of officers and soldiers. During the campaign, maintain strict discipline in civilian affairs, coordinate closely with local forces, build safe and high-quality projects, and strive to complete them ahead of schedule.

On this occasion, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh and his delegation visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to families facing particularly difficult circumstances, whose houses were completely destroyed in the recent floods. At each family's home, he cordially inquired about their well-being, shared in their losses and damages, and expressed his hope that they would soon overcome their difficulties and stabilize their lives. The Commander of the 34th Army Corps affirmed that the unit's officers and soldiers always stand side-by-side with the local authorities, supporting the people in restoring their lives and production after the natural disaster.

On December 17th, the 34th Army Corps is scheduled to hand over the first house built during the "Quang Trung Campaign" to the family of Ms. Ngo Thi Sua (Chanh Hoi village, Ngo May commune, Gia Lai province). The project was completed more than a month ahead of schedule.
