The conference aims to comprehensively evaluate the results of 5 years of implementing the Planning of cultural institutions in military units; commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing; propose to the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense policies to adjust the Planning, remove shortcomings and bottlenecks in the implementation process; meet the requirements of the task of building the Army, in accordance with the policy of streamlining the political and administrative apparatus and the Party's policies on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people.

The leader of the Propaganda Department - the standing agency organizing the conference reported on the conference plan. Accordingly, the conference will be held at the Political Officer School, with the participation of more than 400 delegates. The conference will take place over 2 days, in addition to the conference time, the delegates will visit the cultural facilities of the Political Officer School, and participate in cultural and artistic exchanges.
