Tay Ho determined to speed up the progress of Tu Lien bridge project, Ngoc Trai Theater...

On December 4, the Executive Committee of the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee (Hanoi), term I, held the fourth conference to evaluate the results of implementing tasks in the last 6 months of 2025, resolve on goals, targets and key tasks in 2026, and at the same time give opinions on many important contents on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building work and preparation for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuyen - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council emphasized the special significance of the conference taking place in the context of the entire Party Committee urgently completing the 2025 targets, creating a premise to move into 2026 with many new tasks, higher requirements on leadership and management methods.

The Party Executive Committee has fully agreed with the draft of important reports, including: reports on the results of implementing socio-economic, national defense and security targets in the last 6 months of 2025, preparations for the regular meeting at the end of 2025, and the implementation of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. In addition, many other important reports were also sent for delegates to comment but were not presented directly at the Conference, such as reports on the implementation of the budget revenue and expenditure estimates, public investment results, public reception and complaint and denunciation settlement, and the Party Committee's 2026 Work Program.

After a morning of urgent, active and effective work, the Conference completed all the contents and programs proposed. The opinions discussed at the Conference demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, focusing on objective and comprehensive assessment of the results of the 6 months since Tay Ho ward officially started operating under the 2-level local government model.

In the last 6 months of 2025, closely following the direction of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee, the Tay Ho Ward Party Committee led the political system to complete a huge amount of work in the context of transforming the government model. The socio-economic situation continued to develop positively; total budget revenue reached 211%, exceeding the assigned target and plan, a high growth rate compared to the general level. 19/19 task targets were completed, of which 6/19 targets were completed beyond the plan. Public investment expenditure achieved high results.

Along with that, the ward effectively implemented public investment projects in 2026 in accordance with procedures and regulations, resolutely urged the progress of key projects in the area such as Tu Lien Bridge, C6 Underground Station, Dang Thai Mai Street, Ngoc Trai Theater and thematic cultural and artistic park... at the same time continued to pay attention to the restoration of relics associated with the preservation and promotion of the value of cultural heritages, maintained and improved the quality of education, implemented well social security policies, took care of the initial health of the people, maintained national defense and security...

Party building work is focused on all aspects of politics, ideology, organization, inspection and supervision. The ward has reorganized and streamlined the apparatus of the political system and deployed the 2-level local government model under the direction of the Central and City Party Committee in a drastic and synchronous manner, ensuring the right progress.

The ward has effectively implemented Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Tay Ho has been recognized by the City and awarded a certificate of merit for successfully organizing the Campaign "45 days and nights of launching to support digital transformation activities". Maintaining the top position in the whole City according to the Ministry of Service Index for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures.

Continue to focus on core tasks

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuyen requested that Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations promote the results achieved in the last 6 months of 2025; based on the Resolution and Conclusion of the 4th Ward Party Executive Committee Conference, focus on leading, directing and implementing the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and 3 programs, 2 work plans for the entire term; closely direct and resolutely manage the organization to complete the targets and tasks of 2026.

The Party Committee and the political system continue to effectively implement the Plan for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. Continue to implement plans and emulation movements to achieve achievements in welcoming the 14th National Party Congress. Members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee must uphold the sense of responsibility, closely follow and accompany the grassroots to effectively organize the implementation of political tasks.

The Ward People's Council strengthens supervision, focusing on key tasks and people's concerns. Carefully prepares meeting content and checks and reviews the handling of voters' petitions.

The Ward People's Committee focuses on directing and organizing the implementation of the targets and tasks set out in the plan for 2026, striving to maintain stable growth and exceed the assigned budget. Strengthening the management of planning, urban areas, land, construction order, and environmental protection, resolutely preventing encroachment on public land and illegal construction.

In particular, speed up the implementation of key projects such as Tu Lien Bridge Construction Project, C6 Underground Station Project, Dang Thai Mai Road Construction Project, Ngoc Trai Theater Construction Project and Thematic Cultural and Arts Park.

The Fatherland Front and mass organizations have done a good job of personnel consultation and election preparation. They have strengthened propaganda and mobilized cadres, party members and people to actively participate in campaigns and emulation movements in the locality.
