MORNING: ( The meeting will be broadcast live on television and radio).

Under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , the National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, discussing the following contents: (1 ) Reports on the 2021-2026 term of the President and the Government; (2) Draft Report on the 15th term of the National Assembly; Reports on the 15th term of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Ethnic Council , the National Assembly Committees, and the State Audit Office; (3 ) Reports on the 2021-2026 term of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy. At the discussion session, 14 delegates spoke; the majority of National Assembly delegates agreed with many contents in the reports and draft Resolution on the 2021-2026 term of work; At the same time, analyze and evaluate to deepen the democratic spirit of the National Assembly, the outstanding results in the past term of the President, the Government, the National Assembly, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit. In addition, the delegates focused on giving opinions on the following contents: stabilizing the macro economy and maintaining high growth; perfecting institutions and law enforcement; developing infrastructure, innovation and digital transformation; quality of public administration; issues of culture and lifestyle in schools and society; cultural policy; building a cultural foundation; foreign affairs activities of the President; innovation in the organization and operation methods of the National Assembly in the digital transformation period; causes of success and limitations; deeply and more clearly assessing the difficulties in performing the tasks of National Assembly deputies; difficulties of enterprises; related issues in the fields of education, health, new rural construction, ensuring social security, responding to natural disasters, storms and floods; administrative procedures, implementation resources, mechanisms, specific policies, digital transformation, technical infrastructure and interconnection when implementing 2-level local government. Some delegates suggested to soon organize a preliminary review, summary, and assessment of the implementation of laws and resolutions, and orientations for legislative tasks, supervision, dissemination, and propaganda of laws in the coming term...

AFTERNOON:

Under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the Hall, listening to the following contents:

(1) Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development for the 2026 - 2030 period.

(2) Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee Phan Van Mai presented the Report on the examination of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism and policy for national energy development in the 2026 - 2030 period.

(3) The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court presented the Draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center.

(4) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Report on the examination of the draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center.

The National Assembly then discussed in groups the draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center.

Morning: The National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, discussing investment policies for the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas by 2035 ( The session was broadcast live on radio and television).

Afternoon : The National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, carrying out the following contents: (1) voting to pass: Law on Judicial Expertise (amended), Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended), Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records; (2) discussing in the Hall about: draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center; draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, Law on Complaints, Law on Denunciation./.
