Survey team at Lo Go - Xa Mat National Park
The survey team visited several prominent destinations such as Dung Hoa Co Vien Farmstay Resort, Go Ken Pagoda, Mekong Camping, Lo Go - Xa Mat National Park, Ba Phong Mulberry Garden, Tuan Anh Tomato Garden, Hoan Ngoc 7 Nga Company, and Ba No's Home-Style Rice Rest Stop.
At each destination, delegates heard reports from local representatives on the tourism situation over the past period, focusing on outstanding achievements in destination management and exploitation; the preservation and promotion of historical and cultural relics; the quality of services and accommodation facilities; and efforts to preserve the environment and landscape for sustainable tourism.
In addition, tourist facilities, areas, and destinations also reflect some difficulties in the operation process such as transportation infrastructure, human resources for tourism services, mechanisms to support product promotion, and orientation towards green and sustainable tourism development.

The owner of Ba Phong Mulberry Garden hopes to receive support in linking up with tourism tours to promote agricultural tourism.
The survey trip provides an opportunity for travel agencies to learn about the products firsthand, assess the potential for tour connections, expand service chains, and develop new tourism programs that meet market demands.
Mr. Nguyen An Nhan, representative of Vietravel Company - Tay Ninh Branch, shared: “After this survey trip, the company will develop more tourism products to introduce and promote to tourists. Tay Ninh has many safe and attractive tourism programs, especially clean orchards and experiences with a strong local identity.”

The delegation visited the wine production process of Hoan Ngoc 7 Nga Company.
At the conclusion of the survey program, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Thanh Thanh acknowledged the recommendations regarding mechanisms to support product promotion and tour-route connections, while also guiding establishments to continue developing Tay Ninh tourism in a green and sustainable direction, contributing to improving the quality of destinations and attracting tourists in the future.
“This is an opportunity for the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to grasp the reality of operations at tourist areas and destinations, promptly identify difficulties and obstacles faced by management units and businesses; and at the same time assess the level of readiness to serve tourists during the peak season at the end of the year and the upcoming Lunar New Year.”
"Through the survey, the Department also aims to strengthen the development and linkage of tours and routes around the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area, connecting with ecological, agricultural, and cultural tourist destinations in the province to form a more diverse and attractive product chain for tourists," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thanh added.
