The National Assembly discussed the national target program and voted on three important laws.

Today, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records.

According to the working plan of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, this morning, December 5, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas until 2035.

The Minister of Agriculture and Environment explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

In the afternoon, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended); and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records.

Afterwards, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, and the Law on Denunciations. The Government Inspector General explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

From 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies./.
