Among them, the project to renovate the dust filtration system in the grinding stage with a total investment of nearly 8.5 billion VND stands out. The new dust filtration system helps reduce emissions, improve the quality of the working environment and meet current technical standards. This project is part of the roadmap to gradually modernize the production line and move towards the green development goal of Tan Quang. At the same time, the company is completing the project dossier to generate electricity using waste heat, a solution that brings dual benefits: Reducing grid power consumption and utilizing energy sources that are lost during the production process. When completed, the factory can be proactive in part with electricity, reducing cost pressure and increasing production efficiency. Other important items such as upgrading the cement grinding cluster, replacing large consumable equipment, renovating the control system, etc. continue to be implemented synchronously. The goal is to improve the fineness and stability of cement and optimize operating costs. In the cement industry, where product quality determines brand reputation, ensuring the stability of clinker and commercial cement is a key factor.

Currently, the company uses many software such as Bravo accounting, 3Asoft material management, technical management system... However, data between software is not completely connected. This makes analysis - forecasting - decision making take a lot of time, especially in the context of strong fluctuations in input costs.

From correctly identifying the problem, the board of directors has agreed on a digital transformation roadmap in three key directions: Digitizing production, applying electronic command schedules, integrating data on kiln operations - grinding materials - grinding cement into the central system. When operating data is continuously updated, leaders can monitor real-time consumption of electricity, coal, additives, which determines cost; digitizing internal management, connecting data between accounting, materials, markets, and engineering; building a material warehouse system using QR codes, limiting errors in inventory and loss. Building a shared database: Standardizing data for each department, increasing IT human resources, upgrading network infrastructure and storage systems. This is an important stepping stone to connecting all enterprise data with the Corporation's digital platform. The initial effectiveness of digital transformation is clearly demonstrated in the process of material management, production coordination, and cost monitoring. Reducing document processing time and automatically recording data helps companies improve labor productivity and limit manual errors.
