Press conference on the Second Session of the Provincial People's Council

On the afternoon of December 4, at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a press conference on the Second Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026. Comrade Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Also attending were representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and news agencies in the area.

Meeting scene.

According to the plan, the Session will take place for 3 days, from the afternoon of December 8 to the morning of December 11, 2025. Of which, the official opening session will take place on December 9 at the Provincial Information and Conference Center. The Session will review, comment on and approve reports of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council and the judicial agencies; at the same time, discuss, review and approve draft resolutions submitted by the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee.

The session will also hear the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee report on the results of its participation in government building activities in 2025, the results of social supervision and criticism in 2025, and orientations for a number of key tasks in 2026; and hear the Provincial National Assembly Delegation report on the results of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Notably, at this session, the Provincial People's Council will summarize the work of the 2021-2026 term.

The opening and closing sessions, question and answer sessions, and discussions in the hall on socio -economic issues will be broadcast live on digital platforms and on the airwaves of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television.

At the meeting, relevant agencies and units agreed on the content of propaganda work serving the session, and at the same time discussed and proposed a number of contents to ensure effective propaganda for the session, including comprehensive propaganda before, during and after the session; requested to provide timely information to ensure comprehensive and effective propaganda for the session.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Le Thi Thanh Tra requested relevant agencies, based on their functions and tasks, to closely follow the meeting organization plan and continue to promote the propaganda work about the meeting; in which the provincial press and media agencies should focus on promoting strongly before, during and after the meeting on mass media. The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council should soon complete the contents related to the meeting to send to the media agencies and prepare well the conditions for the meeting.
