The coordination regulations between Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Station and the communes aim to improve the effectiveness of coordinated implementation of measures to firmly manage and protect national territorial sovereignty and border security, maintain political security and social order in the area,... contributing to the successful fulfillment of military, national defense, border defense and security tasks.

Colonel Truong Minh Duc, Commander of the Lai Chau Provincial Border Guard Command, delivered a speech assigning tasks.

According to the regulations, the parties will strengthen coordination in patrolling and controlling to protect territorial sovereignty, regularly exchanging information on the situation, policies and guidelines on borders, border trade, economic and social development policies, national defense and security, and military activities affecting border protection. The People's Committees of the two communes will assign local forces to participate with the border guard station in patrolling and controlling the border line, border markers, border structures, and border signs in the area on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Representatives from the participating units signed the cooperation agreement.

Coordinate effective efforts to combat various types of crimes and violations of the law; prevent illegal exploitation of natural resources and minerals in the area; strengthen public awareness campaigns to discourage people from listening to or believing the propaganda of malicious individuals; implement drug-free transformation of the area; and encourage people not to produce, buy, sell, store, transport, or use weapons, explosives, or supporting tools.

In addition, we will promote and encourage cadres, civil servants, and people of all ethnic groups in the locality to strictly implement the resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Party, the legal documents of the State and higher authorities regarding border defense work; closely coordinate with officers and soldiers of Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Station in building, managing, and protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security, building a people's border defense system and a people's border defense posture.

Implement socio-economic development tasks in close coordination with strengthening national defense and security in the locality; regularly inform and exchange information with Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Station on policies and solutions for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and consolidating the political foundation in the area; jointly discuss and agree on measures to implement border guard work in the area, linking it with the tasks of building and developing the local economy and society to achieve high efficiency.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Truong Minh Duc requested the Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Station to closely coordinate with the two communes to build a strong people's border defense system and a solid people's border defense posture; implement projects to help people eradicate poverty, eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area; and support people in digital transformation.
