Major General Do Dinh Thanh, Commander of the Armored Corps, is the project leader.

At the acceptance review meeting, after hearing Major General Do Dinh Thanh, representing the project's steering committee, present a summary of the project's implementation process and research results, the review board members assessed the project's strengths and weaknesses, and also noted several points that needed adjustment and modification to ensure suitability.

Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Doctor Ngo Trong Cuong, Deputy Director of the National Defense Academy and Chairman of the Ministry of National Defense's Scientific Council, presided over the conference.

Throughout the implementation process, the project team organized and conducted the research meticulously, thoroughly, seriously, and according to established procedures; mobilized a team of experienced scientists to participate in the research, and closely coordinated with relevant agencies and units to carry out the defined research contents. During the implementation, the project team organized investigations, surveys, and scientific workshops to collect information, documents, and materials to serve the research task; and completed all main and intermediate products as per the research contract. The project has 8 articles published in scientific journals within the Army.

In his concluding remarks, Lieutenant General Ngo Trong Cuong, Deputy Director of the National Defense Academy and Chairman of the Council, emphasized: "The topic of 'Artistic Use of Armored Forces in Strategic Counter-Offensive Operations in the War to Defend the Fatherland' has high practical value, meeting the requirements and tasks of the Army's combat operations; contributing to raising awareness of the art of using armored forces in strategic counter-offensive operations, building specific plans to enhance combat capabilities, and providing a basis for scientific arguments for the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense to develop appropriate mechanisms and policies, specific content, and a scientific basis for building and perfecting the military and national defense policies and guidelines in the current national defense and construction."

At the same time, the research project team is requested to incorporate, revise, and supplement the opinions of the members of the Scientific Council and delegates to finalize the project, report to the Ministry of National Defense for consideration and recognition of the research results, put into practical application, and compile training and teaching materials in the Army.

The research topic "The Art of Using Armored Forces in Strategic Counter-Offensive Operations in the War to Defend the Fatherland" was highly appreciated by the Scientific Council and recognized as an excellent project; the Council also recommended that the Ministry of National Defense consider awarding commendations to the project's steering committee.
