In 2025, Party committees and commanders at all levels throughout the Division paid attention to leading and directing the thorough implementation of documents, directives, and guidelines on education , discipline management, building a regular army, and ensuring safety.

The awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers have undergone significant and noticeable changes and progress; democracy has been expanded, discipline and order have been strengthened; the quality of training, combat readiness, exercises, competitions, and sports events has been improved; political and ideological education and legal education for various groups have been conducted in many forms with new models, effective and creative approaches, such as: the "4 Together" and "5 Understanding" models; the "Online Roll Call and Personnel Checking" model; the "Soldier's Happiness Room"; "Connecting Love - Supporting Soldiers' Families"; political and ideological activities; organizing exchanges and seminars; watching videos and short clips about the harmful effects of social evils; law knowledge contests; mock trials, etc.

In his concluding remarks, Colonel Nguyen Huy Long, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Division, acknowledged and commended the agencies and units for their excellent work in ideological and disciplinary management over the past period. He also requested that agencies and units continue to implement comprehensive breakthrough solutions in ideological education and disciplinary management; regularly monitor, assess, predict, and address ideological situations according to the motto: "Firmly grasp, accurately predict, tightly manage, correctly orient, promptly resolve, and effectively combat"; strengthen leadership and guidance in strictly upholding State laws and military discipline, and ensuring absolute safety within the unit; effectively coordinate between the unit, local authorities, and families to educate and motivate soldiers; and closely integrate the management of soldiers, ideological and disciplinary management with the organization of the "Determined to Win" emulation movement and the building of a healthy military cultural environment in the units.

The conference aimed to evaluate the results of the division's ideological and disciplinary management work. This resulted in a unified understanding, a heightened sense of responsibility among Party committees, political commissars, commanders, agencies, and cadres at all levels in ideological management and maintaining discipline; ensuring stable adherence to laws and regulations by officers and soldiers; and a determination to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" agency and unit.
