Concluding the inspection at Division 324, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To acknowledged and commended the outstanding results and achievements that the Division has achieved in recent times.

Emphasizing that the world, regional and domestic situation in the coming time continues to contain many complex and unpredictable factors, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To requested the Standing Committee, Party Committee and Division commanders to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the directives and resolutions of the Party, Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defense and General Department of Politics, and at the same time concretize them closely to the characteristics, situation and tasks of the unit, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness in organization and implementation.

Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To emphasized that Division 324 needs to strengthen its regular construction, strictly comply with military discipline, ensure absolute safety in training, work and traffic safety; and ensure good logistics and technical work for regular and unexpected missions.

The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics requested the Division to continue to carry out mass mobilization work well, actively help people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, build new rural areas, prevent and combat natural disasters, overcome the consequences of storms and floods, contribute to maintaining and strengthening the relationship between the army and the people, and build a solid people's heart. At the same time, Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Division regularly take good care of the material and spiritual lives of soldiers, ensuring that officers and soldiers feel secure in their work, are attached to their units, clearly define their responsibilities, and are ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks.

Through the inspection, the working delegation acknowledged that Brigade 215 had thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives, closely followed the key political tasks, and comprehensively completed the 2025 goals with many outstanding results. The Brigade has been proactive and creative in innovating political and ideological education methods, typically putting into operation 2 digitally transformed classrooms, helping 100% of officers and soldiers access visual and vivid information. The unit also compiled 2 educational topics that closely followed reality, thoroughly grasping the spirit of "2 steadfastness, 2 promotion, 2 prevention". Models such as "4 good Party organizations", "Exemplary and typical vehicle crews" were effectively promoted, creating strong emulation motivation.

The Brigade strictly maintained combat readiness, reviewed and completed the system of combat documents, and closely coordinated with forces organized by the two-level local government. Training was completed well, ensuring absolute safety when participating in major events of the Army and the country.
