Through on-site inspection, the working group noted that the 324th Division has consistently and thoroughly implemented resolutions and directives from higher levels, comprehensively carried out all aspects of its work, successfully completed its tasks in Party work, political work, training, combat readiness, building a regular army, and maintaining discipline; and upheld its role as a key, mobile unit of Military Region 4.

The working group from the General Political Department conducted an inspection of Party and political work at the 324th Division.

Concluding the inspection at the 324th Division, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To acknowledged and commended the outstanding results and achievements that the Division had attained in the past period.

Emphasizing that the global, regional, and domestic situations in the coming period continue to harbor many complex and unpredictable factors, General Truong Thien To requested that the Standing Committee, Party Committee, and Division commanders thoroughly understand and strictly implement the directives and resolutions of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Political Department, while also concretizing them to closely match the characteristics, situation, and tasks of the unit, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness in implementation.

General Truong Thien To requested that the Division focus its leadership and guidance on successfully completing its central political tasks, with the main focus being training and combat readiness; closely combining training and physical fitness to ensure that the troops have the health, courage, and skills to meet the requirements of the mission in all situations. As the main unit of the Military Region, the 324th Division needs to excel in training and conduct exercises that closely reflect real combat situations, in line with the requirements of modern warfare.

At the same time, he emphasized the importance of effectively implementing Party and political work in all tasks and emulation movements, truly becoming the "soul and lifeblood" of the unit, creating motivation for officers and soldiers to overcome difficulties, uphold a high sense of responsibility, and resolutely complete all assigned tasks successfully.

General Truong Thien To emphasized that the 324th Division needs to strengthen its regularization efforts, strictly adhere to military discipline, ensure absolute safety in training, work, and traffic safety; and ensure good logistical and technical support for regular and unexpected missions.

The Deputy Head of the General Political Department requested that the Division continue to effectively carry out mass mobilization work, actively assist the people in poverty alleviation, rural development, disaster prevention and control, and overcoming the consequences of storms and floods, contributing to maintaining and strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people, and building a solid foundation of popular support. At the same time, Party committees and commanders at all levels within the Division should regularly take good care of the material and spiritual lives of the troops, ensuring that officers and soldiers feel secure in their work, are committed to their units, clearly understand their responsibilities, and are ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

During the inspection, the working group noted that Brigade 215 had thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives, closely followed the key political tasks, and comprehensively achieved the 2025 goals with many outstanding results. The Brigade has been proactive and creative in innovating methods of political and ideological education, notably by putting into operation two digital transformation classrooms, enabling 100% of officers and soldiers to access information visually and vividly. The unit also independently compiled two educational topics closely aligned with reality, effectively implementing the spirit of "two steadfast principles, two strong initiatives, and two preventative measures." Models such as "Four-Good Party Committee" and "Exemplary and Outstanding Vehicle Crew" have been effectively promoted, creating strong motivation for emulation.

The brigade strictly maintains combat readiness, reviews and improves the operational documentation system, and coordinates closely with forces under the two-tiered local government organization. Training is completed successfully, ensuring absolute safety when participating in major military and national events.
