The conference assessed that, in 2025, under the direct leadership and guidance of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , the Party Committee of the General Political Department focused on leading and directing the Department to comprehensively complete all tasks, with some tasks being completed exceptionally well.

Notably, they have led agencies to proactively research, understand, and accurately assess the situation, providing advice, guidance, and direction to ensure the quality and effectiveness of Party work, political work, and legal work throughout the entire army, building a politically strong army; and a politically, ideologically, morally, organizationally, and personnel-strong Party organization within the army.

Provide effective advice and organization for activities commemorating major national holidays; effectively implement the Emulation Movement for Victory in 2025 and successfully organize the 11th All-Army Emulation Congress for Victory.

In consultation with the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, the General Political Department directed and guided the Party congresses at all levels within the Party Committee of the Army and successfully organized the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army. It led and directed the internal development of the Agency, resulting in many positive changes; successfully and excellently completing both regular and extraordinary tasks; maintaining internal unity, cohesion, and absolute security.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh highly appreciated the insightful, specific, and practical opinions presented. Emphasizing several key priorities for 2026, he requested that advisory agencies and management departments continue to build upon the achievements and experiences of 2025, and be more proactive in advising on and handling unexpected tasks and unforeseen situations, especially in the context of natural disasters and unpredictable changes.

The Party Committee Secretary of the General Political Department suggested further strengthening leadership in building internal unity; paying attention to compliance with regulations on confidentiality, especially in the context of digital transformation, to avoid document leaks; and emphasizing the requirement for leaders to set an example: being exemplary, upright, approachable, and caring towards subordinates.

General Le Quang Minh requested that immediately after the conference, Party committees and branches at all levels organize the thorough understanding and serious implementation of the resolution of the Party Committee of the General Political Department, specifically detailing it in the resolution on leadership tasks for 2026 and the quarterly and monthly resolutions and conclusions of their respective levels.
