In 2025, the agencies fully implemented the provisions of the Regulations, especially the rapid stabilization after mergers and reorganizations; proactively coordinated and promptly advised the Standing Committee, Party Committee, and Head of the General Department to issue directives, regulations, procedures, rules, and guidelines on all aspects of work, creating a legal basis for leadership and direction and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of command, management, and operation of all activities of the General Department.

Coordinate the provision and exchange of information in handling cases and incidents, unify the content of reports and proposals to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Head of the General Department, and superior functional agencies on solutions to prevent, deter, and handle violations of law and discipline; proactively and effectively implement propaganda and education to raise awareness among military personnel, workers, and defense officials... in complying with State laws, military discipline, and regulations of each agency and unit; thereby maintaining internal political stability, protecting secrets, and ensuring security and safety for the General Department's activities.

Colonel Le Anh Tu, Head of the Protection and Security Department, reported on the results of coordinated activities between agencies in advising, proposing, and organizing the implementation of several related contents in the fields of justice, inspection, legal affairs; and crime prevention and control within the General Department in 2025.

At the conference, delegates contributed their opinions, focusing on highlighting the advantages, pointing out some shortcomings, their causes, and lessons learned, thereby proposing solutions and measures to organize the implementation of the Coordination Regulations more effectively in the future.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, to enhance the effectiveness of preventing, deterring, and handling violations of law and discipline within the General Department in the coming period, Major General Nguyen Dinh Chieu requested that member agencies, based on their functions and duties, continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement directives, regulations, rules, and guidelines from higher levels; advise the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Head of the General Department on leading and directing the comprehensive and synchronized implementation of all aspects of judicial and legal work; inspection and supervision; citizen reception and complaint resolution; prevention and control of corruption, negative practices, and waste; judicial reform; and crime prevention and control.

Simultaneously, regularly coordinate and effectively carry out propaganda, education , and instill political ideology and a sense of responsibility in all military personnel, defense workers, and employees of the General Department. Coordinate in closely monitoring and managing the internal political situation; the political security situation, and social order and safety in the areas where troops are stationed. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Party inspection, supervision, and discipline. Maintain the quality and efficiency of citizen reception, complaint resolution, and handling, ensuring compliance with functions, authority, and legal regulations. Proactively coordinate investigations, verifications, and timely resolution of cases and incidents in accordance with the law. Develop a plan for coordinated inspection of compliance with laws and discipline at several units.
