The seminar was attended by members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Artillery Officer School, and all officers, lecturers, and staff of the school.

The discussions focused on analyzing several important issues, including: the exemplary role of officers in handling work and maintaining camaraderie; a sense of responsibility in performing duties; expressions of love and support for trainees; practical issues in managing and maintaining discipline; the causes and consequences of violations; and experiences in building internal unity.

Many specific proposals and solutions were put forward, such as: Strengthening the training of ideological management methods; innovating the content and methods of political education; promoting democracy at the grassroots level; paying attention to ensuring the material and spiritual well-being of soldiers; and emphasizing self-discipline and adherence to regulations by each soldier.

Concluding the discussion, Colonel Nguyen Duc Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Artillery Officer School, highly appreciated the frankness and responsibility of the speakers; and at the same time requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to thoroughly understand Directive 70-CT/DU and other documents from higher levels. He emphasized maintaining strict discipline and order, doing a good job in ideological work; strengthening inspection and supervision, and strictly handling violations. He stressed the importance of building a healthy, democratic, and united military culture; valuing the exemplary role of cadres and Party members; and promoting the responsibility and self-awareness of all military personnel in their studies, work, and daily lives.

The seminar is a political activity that contributes to shaping ideology, creating high unity in awareness and action among each soldier, building a spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and camaraderie within the unit, thereby building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" Artillery Officer School.
