After inspecting and assessing the situation of officers and soldiers of the 31st Division assisting Mr. Pham Xuan Khanh's family in Loc Ha village, Tuy Phuoc commune, Gia Lai province in rebuilding their house; and visiting and encouraging the people, Major General Le Van Cuong commended the officers and soldiers of the 31st Division for thoroughly understanding and implementing the spirit and plan of the "Quang Trung Campaign," swiftly rebuilding and repairing houses for the people after the floods.

Major General Le Van Cuong, Deputy Commander of the 34th Army Corps, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the people.

The Deputy Commander of the 34th Army Corps affirmed that this activity has profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the fine qualities and traditions of the Ho Chi Minh's Army in serving the people. He also requested that officers and soldiers of the 31st Division proactively reach out to the people, helping them with the most difficult tasks; striving to complete the construction as soon as possible and ensuring absolute safety, so that the people can celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse in 2026 in a complete and joyful manner.

Reportedly, as part of the "Quang Trung Campaign," the 31st Division deployed over 120 officers and soldiers along with equipment to assist the people in rebuilding 8 houses that collapsed due to recent rains and floods, and construction is currently proceeding according to plan.

On this occasion, Major General Le Van Cuong presented gifts to the officers and soldiers of the 31st Division and the people of Gia Lai province.
