Reports and opinions expressed at the conference assessed that: Immediately after the issuance of Project 1219 and its implementation plan within the Ministry of National Defense , the Da Nang City Military Command organized the dissemination and study of the content of Project 1219 for leading officials at all levels, lecturers, and officials in charge of mass mobilization and propaganda work; developed plans and guidelines for implementation, creating a unified basis for the implementation of Project 1219 throughout the city's armed forces.

The Border Guard Command, the defense commands of various regions, agencies, and units were directed to develop specific plans tailored to the characteristics and tasks of each agency and unit, especially those stationed in areas with land borders. Party committees and commanders of agencies and units proactively incorporated the implementation of Project 1219 into their regular resolutions, programs, and activity plans; effectively carried out inspection and supervision; and promptly provided new information and documents on the Party and State's policies and guidelines on national defense and security in land border areas.

From October 2025 to the present, the Political Department (Da Nang City Military Command) has spearheaded the compilation of two types of documents focusing on the national defense and people's security guidelines; the major viewpoints and policies of the Party and State on ethnicity and national unity; the situation and tasks of protecting land border sovereignty in key areas; and closely coordinated with press agencies to expand the scope of propaganda on Project 1219.

Regarding training, the Da Nang City Military Command focuses on improving the capacity of its propaganda staff. It organized and participated in three training courses for speakers, focusing on methods of disseminating ethnic policies, operational skills on digital platforms, and skills in mass mobilization in ethnic minority, mountainous, and border areas. At the grassroots level, agencies and units maintain a variety of traditional and modern propaganda models. Bulletin boards, internal public address systems, and programs such as "A Beautiful Story Each Week," "Examples of Good People and Good Deeds," "Uncle Ho's Teachings on This Day in History," and "A Law Each Week" are regularly operated.

Besides the achievements, the delegates also pointed out difficulties, obstacles, and limitations; and at the same time identified tasks and solutions for the future.

Accordingly, to improve the quality and effectiveness of Project 1219 in the coming period, the Da Nang City Military Command will advise the City People's Committee to issue a plan for implementing Project 1219; coordinate the compilation and publication of military and national defense documents to serve information and propaganda work in land border areas; closely coordinate with press agencies in propaganda work; maintain and promote forms and methods to improve the effectiveness of information and propaganda at the grassroots level; continue to focus on developing new propaganda models and promoting the application of digital technology; strengthen propaganda directed towards the border areas; conduct thorough reviews and summaries and promptly reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements…
