Department of Propaganda and Training (General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army): Coordinate practical surveys to improve the effectiveness of Project 1219

On the afternoon of October 23 in Quang Ninh, the Propaganda Department (General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army) coordinated with the Military Command of Quang Ninh province to organize a conference to survey the implementation of the project "Supporting information and propaganda on national defense, security, ethnicity and ethnic policies in the provinces in the mainland border areas" (called Project 1219 for short).

The conference aims to grasp the situation, listen to opinions from the grassroots on the work of planning, organizing implementation and results of the implementation of key tasks of the Project; at the same time, discuss difficulties, obstacles, ensuring funding, means, and effectiveness of propaganda to ethnic minority, mountainous and border areas.

The survey not only helps agencies and units strengthen awareness and share experiences in implementing Project 1219, but also contributes to orienting synchronous and practical solutions to spread official information, strengthen military-civilian solidarity, and build a strong border area in terms of national defense, security, and socio- economy .

Also this morning, the delegation of the Propaganda Department worked with the Border Guard Command of Quang Ninh province, surveying the implementation of Project 1219. The content focused on evaluating the results of propaganda on national defense, security, and ethnic affairs in the border area, thereby proposing solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of information and propaganda work in the coming time.
