According to the report at the evaluation conference, in 2025, the work of TĐKT and PTTĐ Quyết Thắng in Emulation Block No. 2 of the General Department of Politics will be seriously, comprehensively, synchronously, focused, closely following the reality and assigned political tasks by the Party Committees and commanders of the agencies.

After listening to the report presented by the representative of the Standing Agency, the delegates attending the conference spoke and discussed, focusing on evaluating and clarifying the outstanding results in the work of the Economic Reform and the Determination to Win Campaign in 2025 of the bloc; pointing out the limitations, shortcomings, difficulties and obstacles, at the same time, drawing out the causes, lessons learned, and proposing measures to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Economic Reform and Determination to Win Campaign work of the bloc in 2026.

The conference unanimously determined that in 2026, Emulation Bloc No. 2 will continue to coordinate, deploy, and effectively carry out the work of TĐKT and PTTĐ Quyết Thắng, focusing on launching and organizing PTTĐ well in training and peak emulation periods. Continue to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, associated with effectively carrying out the Campaign to promote tradition, contribute talent, and be worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, closely following the characteristics and tasks of each agency.

Focus on innovating the content and form of emulation, building and replicating advanced examples, good people, good deeds, good models, creative ways of doing things; bringing the work of TĐKT and PTTĐ Quyết Thắng into depth, substance, solidity, high efficiency, completing tasks well and excellently. Along with that, closely coordinate with the functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense , the General Department of Politics and related agencies and units; closely follow the functions, tasks and goals, emulation targets for 2026 of each agency in the bloc to concretize in the work plan.

Representative of the Military Women's Committee received the Standing Flag of Emulation Block No. 2, year 2026.

At the same time, continue to compete to improve the quality of research, consulting, and proposals; strive for 100% of agencies to successfully and excellently complete both regular and ad hoc political tasks. Focus on competing to build a comprehensively strong agency "Exemplary, typical" and promote military administrative reform, build e-Government, and digital transformation.

At the conference, members of Emulation Bloc No. 2 carried out the review and proposal of rewards for 2025. Accordingly, 100% of delegates agreed to propose that the Department of Civil Affairs be awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense and the title of Typical Cultural Unit; the remaining agencies receive the Emulation Flag of the General Department of Politics in 2025. Along with that, the representative of the Army Youth Union handed over the Standing Flag of the emulation bloc to the representative of the Army Women's Union.
