In the "Self-introduction" section, the teams only had 3 minutes to summarize the unit's traditions, tasks, youth activities and introduce the members. Despite the short time, many teams showed their meticulous investment, vivid staging, creating a youthful and attractive opening atmosphere, in which the team of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering left a clear impression. The "Knowledge" section focused on questions about the Law on Order and Road Traffic Safety, the Railway Law, and the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic. Each team selected 3 candidates to go through two sections: "mandatory questions" and "quick answers". In this section, the teams created a dramatic competitive atmosphere, many answers showed solid understanding. With solid knowledge, logical thinking, and quick reflexes, the team of Military Region 1 and the Hanoi Capital Command had a clear advantage in terms of scores.
The most anticipated part is probably the “Sketch”, where teams use stage art to convey messages about traffic culture in a maximum of 10 minutes. The teams skillfully put everyday situations such as speeding, lack of observation, lane violations... into the sketch to “soften” the content of legal propaganda, creating closeness and ease of understanding. In particular, the sketches of the Military Region 1 team and the General Department of Logistics and Engineering were highly appreciated thanks to their tight script, many twists, delicate acting, clear and convincing messages.
The "Speech" contest, which was scored with a coefficient of 3, created great pressure for the contestants, but it was also a place to clearly demonstrate the mettle and thinking of the "leaders" of the teams. The young people chose a familiar topic, showed confidence, spoke coherently, and argued convincingly about the role of traffic culture in social life and in the military. This contest clearly demonstrated the awareness and responsibility of the Army's youth in maintaining a civilized and safe traffic environment.
Through monitoring, it can be seen that the participating teams are all carefully prepared, from costumes, props to scripts and presentation style. The youthful and dynamic spirit of the officers and soldiers creates a lively and attractive atmosphere. That shows the attention of the units to the work of education and propaganda of traffic safety laws, while affirming the role of the Army youth in spreading healthy traffic culture. In particular, the participation of the guest team of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, with the core of high school students, brought fresh competitions, creating a different and lively color for the program. The appearance of the students also expanded the scope of propaganda, increased exchanges between the Army youth and local youth, contributing to spreading awareness of traffic law compliance in the community.

Lieutenant Tran Van Truong, Deputy Political Commissar of the 1st Mechanized Reconnaissance Company, General Staff Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command, member of the 1st Military Region, shared: “I am very happy to participate in such a meaningful contest. Through the contest, I have accumulated more valuable knowledge and experience about traffic laws and culture. When I return to my unit, I will actively propagate so that my teammates can grasp and strictly comply with the regulations, ensuring safety when participating in traffic.”
Nguyen Thi Hai Yen, a member of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, expressed her excitement: “The contest helps me better understand traffic culture and especially the working, playing and healthy living style of soldiers in the military environment. Through that, I understand, love and respect Uncle Ho's soldiers even more. When working, the comrades are very serious and mature, but when communicating, they are very close, humorous and open.”
The 2025 “Military Youth with Traffic Culture” contest has ended, but the messages conveyed from the program will continue to spread in the awareness of officers and soldiers. The knowledge, skills and correct attitudes when participating in traffic that officers and soldiers acquire from the contest become important provisions for the Army's youth to promote their pioneering and exemplary role when participating in traffic, contributing to building a safe and civilized traffic environment, further enhancing the beautiful image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.
