The 2025 Buckwheat Flower Festival was held in conjunction with a special event of the province when the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam officially confirmed the copyright of the Buckwheat Flower Festival exclusively for Tuyen Quang and even more special in 2025, Tuyen Quang was continuously honored at domestic and international tourism awards such as: Hmong village resort won the title of Best Green Hotel and Mong ethnic community cultural tourism village in Pa Vi village, Meo Vac commune won the title of Best community tourism destination; Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark was named Asia's Leading Cultural Destination; Panhou tourist area in Thong Nguyen commune, Tuyen Quang province was named Asia's Leading Green Resort; Lo Lo Chai village community cultural tourism village in Lung Cu commune was recognized by the World Tourism Organization as the World's Best Community Cultural Tourism Village in 2025.

In his opening speech, Mr. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: After the merger, Tuyen Quang province is a land rich in potential, with an important regional linkage position, expanding the space for economic , cultural and tourism development. There is Lung Cu flagpole at the head of the Fatherland, "Capital of the Liberated Zone - Capital of Resistance", carrying the sacred soul of mountains and rivers, is the place with "red addresses" of the Revolution of the whole country. At the same time, this place also converges the colorful cultures of 22 ethnic groups living together with unique traditional festivals. In particular, in 2025, in the field of tourism, Tuyen Quang province has achieved many noble titles, affirming its position on the national and international tourism map.
The 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, set the goal of "Developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector", developing heritage economy, creating community livelihoods, helping people to get rich in the rocky areas, gradually developing cultural industry based on heritage and creative values. Therefore, the province has been implementing synchronous solutions with high consensus from the Party Committee, authorities and people of all ethnic groups in the province. Tuyen Quang province hopes to continue to receive the direction and support of the Government, ministries, central branches and sectors; the coordination of provinces and cities; the companionship of businesses, sponsors and especially the support of ethnic groups in the province to continue to develop Tuyen Quang comprehensively.
The Organizing Committee has announced the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province to support people in the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the consequences of floods.
The elaborately staged art program left a deep impression on visitors with the performances: "Legend of a flower", "Buckwheat flower season", "Stone of the Stone Plateau" brought the audience back to the legend of the flower, with the brilliant colors of the changing rocky land and the inviting sounds from the open plateau. At the same time, the youth, faith and aspiration of the people of Tuyen Quang were clearly seen rising strongly as an affirmation of the stature of a land that is gradually breaking through, changing every day through the songs: "Highland market", "That's how highland people are", "Tuyen Quang reaches the heights".
The 11th Buckwheat Flower Festival and the reception of tourism titles in 2025 are important events, marking the transformation of Tuyen Quang tourism in the new period. This is not only an opportunity to honor, preserve and promote the unique cultural values of ethnic minorities, but also contributes to affirming the tourism brand "Blooming Rock Land" - a symbol of vitality, bravery and pride of Tuyen Quang people.
