Mr. Y Krang Ong, Lieng Ong village (right cover) propagates and mobilizes people in the village to well implement the Party's policies and guidelines.

Whenever there were conflicts or disputes among the villagers, he and the Self-Management Committee would come to advise and reconcile. He also regularly visited households to learn about their lives and encouraged them to work hard and not to trust or listen to bad people. Thanks to that, security and order in Lieng Ong village have been maintained for many years; the villagers' lives have been increasingly improved.

With his dedication and prestige, Mr. Nong Hai Duong was trusted by the people and voted as a prestigious person of Cao Bang village.

Before 2015, when telephones and the Internet were not as developed as they are today, propaganda and mobilization work was a big challenge. To announce or convey a new policy, it was not possible to make phone calls or send text messages, so Mr. Duong walked to each house and residential area to talk directly; sometimes he walked all morning just to inform a few households in the distance.

Mr. Nong Hai Duong ( Cao Bang village) is a typical example of economic development.

Thanks to his diligence, all the policies of the Party and the State were communicated by Mr. Duong in the most complete and easy-to-understand way. He told the people many things, from economic activities, restructuring of crops and livestock, effective production and business to building a cultural lifestyle. He helped the people understand the importance of applying science and technology to production to improve their lives.

Mr. Duong also regularly coordinates with health workers to encourage people to practice family planning, reproductive health care, and environmental sanitation, contributing to improving the quality of life and community health.
