After the merger, Ea Wer commune has 21 ethnic groups and 7,376 households with 28,910 people living there. The large area, scattered population, uneven socio -economic conditions, uneven legal awareness... are factors that make the dissemination and education of law in Ea Wer encounter many obstacles. However, when the voice of a prestigious person is raised, everything becomes closer and easier to accept.

With more than 10 years of being a prestigious person, Mr. Phong's opinions in meetings are always considered reasonable and trusted by the people. Village 13 has more than 100 households, of which ethnic minorities account for 60%. Thanks to Mr. Phong's dedication, the youth in the village always fulfill their military service and public security duties very well.
What helped him convince many people in the area was the pioneering and exemplary role of a prestigious person. He proudly said: “My family has 3 sons, I encourage and motivate all of them to join the military service. Also because I obey the law well, when I campaign and propagate, people trust and listen.
