T&T Homes increases presence in the South with new sales gallery

T&T Homes operated its first sales gallery in Ho Chi Minh City on November 28, standardizing consulting and enhancing customer experience with simulation systems and virtual reality technology.

The sales gallery space is located on the first floor of Pearl 5 Tower (District 3), designed as a project experience center. The lobby area uses natural stone materials, warm lighting system and high ceiling, creating an airy feeling.

According to the developer, this layout is intended to increase aesthetics and ensure consistency with the group's orientation of building high-end real estate spaces.

The center of the sales gallery is a large-scale model area, simulating the planning structure, utilities and landscape of each project that T&T Homes implements. The model is built with high detail, serving customers and investors in visualizing the overall project as well as related planning factors.

The developer said the highlight of the sales gallery is the VR360 technology system. This technology allows customers to visually experience the project space, from the residential area, utilities to the landscape, to support the product evaluation process and make investment decisions based on specific data.

The reception and consulting areas are arranged in an open space, taking advantage of natural light. Large LED screens are used to display construction progress and actual images at the project, supporting the consulting team to convey information more clearly and intuitively.

T&T Homes representative said that operating the sales gallery aims to increase information transparency and provide visual tools for customers to evaluate products before making a transaction.

At the event, Mr. Do Quang Hien, Executive Chairman of T&T Group, said that the company prioritizes listening, improving, putting people and customers at the center, and promoting the application of technology towards sustainable development. The exhibition space, scale model and technology platform are expected to help the unit strengthen connections with customers and strengthen relationships with investors.

The operation not only marks a step forward in the strategy of expanding presence in the Southern market but also consolidates T&T Group's long-term development strategy in one of the country's key economic growth centers.
