
On December 1st, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced the lifting of the sea ban after a period of prohibiting ships and boats from operating at sea in response to typhoon No. 15.
Accordingly, due to the complex developments of Typhoon No. 15 in the East Sea, from 7:00 AM on November 27th, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a ban on all maritime activities. To date, Typhoon No. 15 has weakened and moved out of the dangerous zone over the sea off Khanh Hoa province. Following a request from the Provincial Border Guard Command, the People's Committee of the province announces the lifting of the ban on all maritime activities. All maritime activities are permitted to resume as normal from 9:00 AM on December 1st.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns relevant departments, agencies, and branches; the People's Committees of communes, wards, and coastal special zones; and organizations and individuals to implement the plan; at the same time, continue to organize propaganda and advise fishermen not to move into dangerous areas; and regularly monitor information about the storm on mass media to ensure safety during operations at sea.
