On December 1, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced the end of the sea ban after a period of not allowing ships to operate at sea to respond to storm No. 15.

Accordingly, due to the complicated developments of storm No. 15 in the East Sea, from 7:00 a.m. on November 27, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a sea ban. Up to now, storm No. 15 has weakened and moved out of the dangerous area in the sea of ​​Khanh Hoa province. At the request of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the People's Committee of the province announced the end of the sea ban. All activities at sea are allowed to return to normal from 9:00 a.m. on December 1.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of communes, wards, coastal special zones and organizations and individuals to implement; at the same time, continue to organize propaganda, advise fishermen not to move into dangerous areas; regularly monitor information of the storm on mass media to ensure safety during activities at sea.
