During the training course, participants listened to Lawyer Nguyen Van Ha, Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Bar Association and Vice President of the Hanoi City Lawyers Association, who shared many practical contents related to grassroots mediation work.

The topics focus on basic legal knowledge, legal awareness skills, and mediation skills, from approaching, listening to, and analyzing cases to proposing solutions that comply with legal regulations and local practices.
In addition, the presenters also shared many important professional skills such as skills in applying the law in mediation, skills in approaching subjects, collecting and processing information, verifying and analyzing cases. The content was presented in connection with real-life situations, making it easy for trainees to understand and apply to their work.

The conference also dedicated time to exchanging and discussing situations arising at the grassroots level, such as: land disputes, family conflicts related to social media; disagreements in residential areas regarding environmental sanitation or livestock farming...
The lively discussion atmosphere allowed mediators to share experiences and learn flexible methods for handling specific cases.
Through this training session, grassroots mediators were updated on new legal knowledge, improved their professional skills, and developed effective mediation methods. This will contribute to maintaining unity among the people, ensuring security and order, and enhancing the quality of grassroots mediation work in Dan Hoa commune in the future.
