After two days of training, the course has completed all the planned content and program. The content of the specialized topics was of high quality, delivered on time, and underwent rigorous approval processes in accordance with established principles.

The five topics include: an overview of the Law on Emergency Situations; regulations on the declaration, announcement, and revocation of emergency situations; responsibilities of state management regarding emergency situations; laws on fire prevention and fighting and related legal documents; and an introduction to the operation of the 112 hotline system and scenarios for connecting and directing the Government and the Prime Minister .

During the training course, the participants also had the opportunity to visit the Bach Dang Giang historical site ( Hai Phong ).

Lieutenant General Doan Thai Duc, Director of the Rescue and Relief Department, requested that agencies and units continue to strictly adhere to the decrees, circulars, and specific provisions of the Law on Emergency Situations and related legal documents.

Agencies and units throughout the military select content for dissemination and guidance through various forms to convey information to subordinate units, and organize training sessions appropriate to the unit's mission situation.

Awards were presented to the teams and individuals who performed well in organizing the training sessions.

Study legal documents to apply them effectively in performing advisory functions in handling emergency situations at the local level.

Continue to coordinate closely with all forces in the area; be prepared with plans and strategies to respond to emergencies related to incidents, natural disasters, calamities, epidemics, and environmental issues.

Research on developing, supplementing, and improving the system of training and drill materials for civil defense in emergency situations.
