Training on the use of the Party's four administrative procedures.

On the morning of May 28th, the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Thanh Hoa province organized a training conference on the implementation and use of four administrative procedures of the Party, both in person and online, connecting to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court.

Overview of the conference

At the conference, participants received direct lectures from speakers on the topic of managing and operating the information system for four administrative procedures of the Party (including transferring official Party membership; transferring temporary Party membership; procedures for collecting and paying Party fees; and obtaining feedback from the Party branch committee or branch of residence on Party members currently working).

The speaker delivered the presentation directly at the conference.

The conference aims to contribute to the innovation of the Party's leadership methods and improve the effectiveness of Party organization work. It also helps standardize processes, shorten processing times, save costs, and enhance transparency and accountability, ensuring interconnectedness in the handling of internal affairs within Party organizations.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, Dinh Thi Thanh Ha, delivered a speech at the conference.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies requested that the trainees uphold a high sense of responsibility, study seriously, and fully absorb the knowledge imparted; strengthen exchange and discussion, frankly raise difficulties and obstacles from practical experience at the grassroots level so that the lecturers can answer them and agree on implementation plans to improve awareness and skills in the process of implementation and operation at their units.

Immediately after the conference, the trainees instructed the implementation of the training content to 100% of the officials and Party members in their respective units.
