Under the leadership of Chairwoman Mai Thi Dung and the Executive Committee, the Women's Association of Warehouse K895 has been effectively implementing the emulation movement "Women of the Ordnance Department: Courageous and Intelligent, Promoting Digital Transformation, Successfully Completing Tasks, Building Happy Families, and Upholding the Legacy of Uncle Ho's Soldiers in the New Era". Accordingly, in 2025, the Committee for the Advancement of Women of Warehouse K895, the Chairwoman of the Women's Association, and 3 members received commendations from the Ordnance Department, along with 6 members from the Warehouse, for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement.

Besides the effectiveness of the emulation movement mentioned above, the Women's Association of Warehouse 895 also maintains a Family Economic Development Capital Fund model to support its members. From this fund, members in difficult circumstances are given priority to borrow capital for livestock farming, crop cultivation, or small businesses, creating additional income for their families.
In addition, the women actively participate in charitable activities. Major Mai Thi Dung, a non-commissioned officer, said that most recently, when Central Vietnam was affected by natural disasters, the Association quickly launched a donation program. Due to the tight timeframe, clothes and shoes were donated by 100% of the members. The ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) and office wear were washed, sorted by gender and size, and then sent to teachers in the flood-affected areas to help them quickly resume teaching.

In response to the "Giving Love, Receiving Happiness" program in 2023, the Women's Association of Warehouse K895 allocated funds to purchase and donate a series of new warm blankets to support the people of Pom Khuong village, Tam Chung commune, Thanh Hoa province. Taking advantage of their breaks and days off, the members actively went to markets and nearby areas to solicit donations. Thanks to the support and trust of the people, the Association received hundreds of pairs of new socks, sandals, and various types of clothing. These essential items were then meticulously sorted by gender and age, washed, and carefully packaged before being sent to the people in the highlands.

Carrying those warm feelings, the team set off on a long journey to reach the villagers. It wasn't until 7 p.m. that the team arrived at Pom Khuong village. Due to the rugged terrain and sparse population, finding the accommodation of the village's caretaker proved quite difficult. After a quick meal, instead of resting, the team members immediately got to work. Under the flickering lights, each package was opened and arranged into sections for convenient distribution the following morning.
Holding the heartwarming gifts in their hands, the villagers were all overjoyed, their faces beaming with smiles. The firm handshakes and sincere expressions of gratitude in their native language were the most precious rewards, further motivating Ms. Dung and the Women's Association of Warehouse K895 to continue their journey of sowing seeds of love and strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people.

Commenting on her successor, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thi Xuan, former Chairwoman of the Women's Association of Warehouse K895, expressed her confidence: “Major Mai Thi Dung is a dynamic, enthusiastic officer who always inspires confidence in every task. I remember the volunteer trip to Muong Lat; at that time, my family had an unexpected personal matter, so all field management was entrusted to Dung. Dung's dedication and scientific organizational skills contributed to the successful trip, leaving a deep impression on the people in the highlands.”
