T&T Group wants to invest in a series of projects in Khanh Hoa

T&T Group proposed investing in an urban-resort complex, two industrial parks, and a renewable energy project to promote local growth.

The above proposal was made at a working session between T&T Group and Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on October 30.

Accordingly, in the real estate sector, T&T Group proposed to study and invest in the mixed-use urban area project of commercial services and Vinh Luong golf course in Bac Nha Trang ward. The project has a strategic location, connecting Nha Trang - Cam Ranh - Van Phong, located next to the airport, marina and other important traffic hubs.

This group will build a high-end urban - resort, sports and tourism service complex with a total area of ​​830 hectares, total investment capital of 23,000 billion VND. The complex is expected to include an urban area of ​​more than 70 hectares, a 227-hectare golf course with a scale of 36-45 holes; and a tourism and resort service area of ​​more than 150 hectares. The group hopes that when formed, the project will bring a modern, large-scale urban area of ​​local stature.

In the field of industrial infrastructure, T&T Group proposed to invest in two industrial parks, including Ninh An Industrial Park with an area of ​​150 hectares (Bac Ninh Hoa commune and Dong Ninh Hoa ward) and Ninh Diem 2 Industrial Park with an area of ​​215 hectares (Bac Ninh Hoa commune). These two projects belong to Van Phong Economic Zone, located at the intersection and convergence of economic corridors and major traffic axes, with convenient access to seaports and international airports. Both projects are assessed to have great potential in developing into strategic industrial - logistics centers, connecting the national value chain with the global network.

Accordingly, T&T Group proposed to invest in building Ninh An - Ninh Diem 2 industrial park according to the Industry 4.0 model, applying digital technology, automation, AI and smart logistics to optimize production - operation - management processes, connecting the domestic market with the international market through Nam Van Phong international seaport.

Regarding the energy sector, T&T Group has invested and is operating many wind and solar power projects in Khanh Hoa. Typical projects are Phuoc Ninh, Thien Tan 1.2, Thien Tan 1.3, Thien Tan 1.4 solar power plants and Phuoc Huu - Duyen Hai 1 wind power plant with a total capacity of over 300 MW. The above projects have all completed construction and operation, generating stable electricity into the national grid with a total clean electricity output of up to 1,366.55 GWh by the end of September. In addition, T&T Group has also been approved by the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province (old) to survey and prepare additional planning documents for many other clean energy projects.

The group's representative said that these projects all have potential, making positive contributions to the local socio-economic development process, promoting the formation of new growth poles, strengthening regional connectivity, thereby contributing to improving the competitiveness, position and investment attractiveness of Khanh Hoa province in the South Central region and nationwide.

At the working session with the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, T&T Group also proposed to participate in the selection of investors to implement the Phuoc Ninh solar power project expansion phase 2 after the Department of Industry and Trade completed the pre-feasibility study report and the Provincial People's Committee accepted the investment policy.

For other solar power projects such as Tra Co Lake (capacity 40MW), Ba Rau Lake (capacity 80MW) and Phuoc Ninh Phase 2 expansion with capacity 88MW (additional), the group proposed that the Provincial People's Committee recommend the Ministry of Industry and Trade to adjust to the operation phase in 2026-2030. For the V1 Coastal Wind Power Project (capacity 250 MW), Ninh Thuan 1 Offshore Wind Power (capacity 3,000MW - investment phased), Ninh Thuan 2 Offshore Wind Power (capacity 2,000 MW - investment phased), the Provincial People's Committee proposed that it continue to recommend the Ministry of Industry and Trade to update the planning when reviewing the implementation of the adjusted Power Plan VIII.

In addition, T&T Group also proposed to invest in 500MW of solar power and 500MW of wind power in the 2026-2030 period, with priority given to projects with a capacity of 100MW or more.
