The War of the Aristocrats Episode 1: Quynh Lam's "sweetness" sows the seeds of a tragedy in the aristocracy

Following "New Horizon", THVL released the blockbuster "Karma of Life and Death 5". Episode 1 made a strong impression with the sweetness of Quynh Lam (Nam Nep/Thanh Tra), but behind that was a revenge plot aimed at the Phan family, opening a dramatic family war.

With the desire to become a "guarantee" for the old Southern film genre, THVL always "treats" the audience with the most attractive "specialties". Following the success of many outstanding feature films in general and old films in particular, the series "Nghia Sinh Tu" always maintains a strong attraction and receives enthusiastic love from the audience. As soon as "Chan Troi Moi" has just ended, part 5 titled "Cuoc Chien Hao Mon" was immediately introduced, promising a "party" full of drama with a series of unpredictable plots spread throughout 50 episodes.

As expected, episode 1 opened with a dramatic "explosion", taking the audience straight to the Phan family - a wealthy and famous family. The atmosphere in the Phan family became tense when Mrs. Phan (Meritorious Artist Phuong Dung) suddenly announced to welcome a special guest. While the servants were busy preparing a sumptuous feast, in the main house, Mrs. Hai (Nguyet Anh) and her husband Tu Trang (Thanh Hien-Thanh Ta) clearly showed impatience and anxiety.

The long-awaited character - a girl named Nep (Quynh Lam) - appeared and immediately took the spotlight. Just like the audience felt, Quynh Lam in the role of Nep was "too sweet". With a beautiful, gentle appearance, clever gestures and a soft voice, Nep quickly won Mrs. Phan's absolute affection. The atmosphere began to become stifling when Mrs. Phan announced that she would accept Nep as her adopted daughter, officially giving her the new title Thanh Tra. This decision was like adding fuel to the fire of jealousy burning in the hearts of Tu Trang and her husband.

In addition, this episode also cleverly reveals the key characters. Hieu Don (Thanh Thuc), the eldest son of the Phan family, is a kind, calm, generous person who always respects all of his mother's decisions. On the contrary, Tu Trang is selfish and narrow-minded. The first knot to open the tragedy for the Phan family is when Hieu Don accidentally hears the sound of Nam Tra's leaf flute. He is "intoxicated" by the melodious sound and the holy look of his "adopted sister".

However, "sweetness" is just a cover. Nam Tra's true nature is revealed when she faces herself. Her gentle and elegant appearance disappears, replaced by a cold, calculating gaze. It turns out that her approach to Mrs. Phan and her devoted care for her are all part of a carefully arranged plan. The appearance of the butler Van Tai (Hoa Hiep) and the meaningful encounter with Tra seem to confirm that both of them have succeeded in the first act of their perfect play. Nam Tra is the "trump card" planted in the Phan family to begin a fierce revenge...
