At the award ceremony of “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswomen - Golden Rose 2025” held on the morning of October 22 in Hanoi , Vinh Long province had 3 businesswomen honored among 100 outstanding businesswomen nationwide. The event was organized by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Three outstanding female entrepreneurs of Vinh Long were honored, including: Dang Thi Truc Lan Chi - Director of Vinh Tien Company Limited (Phu Tan Ward); Nguyen Thi Hong Thu - General Director of Chanh Thu Fruit Import Export Company Limited (Cho Lach Commune); Thach Thi Chal Thi - Director of Tra Vinh FARM Company Limited (Tieu Can Commune).
These are typical enterprises representing the mettle, intelligence and innovative spirit of Vinh Long women in the integration period.
Enterprise Dang Thi Truc Lan Chi has been associated with the Vinh Tien confectionery brand for more than 20 years, with 2 exclusive products: non-sticky coconut candy and coconut flower cake of the company exported to many countries. This is the 3rd time she has been honored with the "Golden Rose" award.
Nguyen Thi Hong Thu Enterprise has made many contributions to building the Vietnamese fruit brand in the international market; it is the first unit to export mango to the US (2019), lychee to Japan (2020), durian to China and grapefruit to the US (2022).
Enterprise Thach Thi Chal Thi is a typical Khmer female entrepreneur who successfully started a business with coconut nectar products. The product has been exported to Japan, the Netherlands and more than 30 provinces and cities in the country, certified as "High-quality Vietnamese goods - Integration standards" and achieved the title of typical rural industrial product at the national level in 2021. With outstanding contributions to the community, she was honored to receive the Luong Dinh Cua Award in 2021 and many domestic and foreign startup awards.
The title “Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose” is a noble award organized by VCCI since 2005, to honor female enterprises with outstanding achievements in production, business and contributions to the sustainable development of the country.
The success of female entrepreneurs in Vinh Long not only affirms the capacity, role and position of women in the renovation period, but is also a strong source of inspiration to encourage the emulation movement "Women start-ups, creativity, sustainable economic development", contributing to building the homeland of Vinh Long to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and humane.
