
On the morning of October 23, the Land Reclamation Enforcement Board of Ngo Quyen Ward held a meeting to deploy a plan to enforce land reclamation for the remaining 25 households in the collective housing area No. 8 May To and No. 6 Nguyen Trai that have not yet handed over the land to implement the Nguyen Trai Bridge construction investment project and urban beautification of the surrounding area.
Previously, on October 22, the Ngo Quyen Ward Land Reclamation Enforcement Board continued to organize dialogues and mobilize people to hand over the land for the last time to the 26 households mentioned above. By the morning of October 23, one more household agreed to hand over the land, while 25 households had not yet handed over the land to implement the project.

According to the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen Ward, the apartment complex at 8 May To and 6 Nguyen Trai Streets to be reclaimed for the project has a land area of nearly 760 square meters . After many times of propaganda and mobilization, as of October 22, 9 households have received money and handed over the land, while 26 households have not yet agreed.
At the meeting, the Ngo Quyen Ward Land Reclamation Enforcement Committee agreed on the expected time for land reclamation enforcement for the above households on the morning of October 24. Tasks were assigned, plans for moving people and property out of the area were agreed upon, as well as measures to ensure security and safety before, during and after enforcement.

From now until the time of enforcement, the Ngo Quyen Ward Land Enforcement Board continues to propagate and mobilize households to agree to hand over the land.
