The President of South Africa begins his state visit to Vietnam.

On the afternoon of October 23, President Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa of the Republic of South Africa arrived in Hanoi, beginning a state visit to Vietnam from October 23 to 24 at the invitation of President Luong Cuong.
