On the evening of December 12th, in Hanoi, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in coordination with the Central Organizing Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, held the closing ceremony of the thematic exchange program with senior officials of the Russian Federation.

Comrade Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, presided over the ceremony. Also attending were Comrade Le Thi Thu Hang, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; and representatives from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam.

This program includes key topics such as: Reforming the organizational structure of the State apparatus of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Vietnam's development strategy until 2045; Characteristics of national governance and the thinking and vision for administrative reform in Vietnam in the current period; The overall program on effective administrative reform and governance in Vietnam for the period 2021-2030; The operational mechanism of the Central Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association; Advanced projects and plans; Core values ​​in the relationship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, vision and development orientation in the new context.

Ms. Shafinskaia Natalia, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Development, Presidential Academy of the Russian Federation, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony.
