According to the assessment, after two days of serious and effective work, the program has completed all the planned content and objectives.
In his closing remarks, Colonel Huynh Ngoc Liem, Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Police, stated that the practical training exercises, the CTF (Capture The Flag) competition, and the specialized training program were organized systematically, scientifically , and in line with practical requirements.

Through this program, agencies, units, and staff directly managing and operating information systems have had the opportunity to hone their skills, improve their incident response capabilities, share experiences, and better identify limitations that need to be addressed in the future. This contributes to the effective implementation of cybersecurity and information security tasks in the province, and helps achieve the goal of "Lam Dong province: digital, safe, and sustainably developed."

At this year's training and exercise program, the organizing committee implemented a simulated exercise in the form of a CTF competition with the participation of 19 Defense Teams from the provincial cybersecurity incident response team, departments, and three universities (Da Lat, Phan Thiet, and Yersin Da Lat), with many realistic scenarios.
The organizing committee also analyzed and answered the questions of the CTF competition. Experts from the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department of the Lam Dong Provincial Police successively "dissected" each group of problems, from exploiting vulnerabilities, escalating privileges, attacking public services, analyzing logs, to investigating malware and system recovery... Each challenge was broken down and clarified from many different aspects.

Experts from the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department of the Ministry of Public Security presented and shared knowledge on ensuring cybersecurity and protecting state secrets in cyberspace to over 2,000 members of the Lam Dong Provincial Cyber Security Incident Response Team, leaders and specialized staff, and information technology and cybersecurity officers of departments, agencies, and People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in Lam Dong province.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc stated that in the coming time, the cybersecurity situation will continue to evolve rapidly and complexly; the need to protect information systems and data of state agencies, businesses, and citizens will become increasingly high.
The comrade requested that agencies, units, and localities in the province seriously implement tasks related to ensuring cybersecurity, information security, and protecting state secrets in cyberspace; considering this a regular, long-term task, linked to the province's digital transformation requirements.

At the same time, it is necessary to urgently review and reassess the entire information system under management; continue to improve regulations and procedures to ensure cybersecurity, information security, and the protection of state secrets in cyberspace; strengthen coordination among functional agencies in monitoring, detecting, and handling incidents; and pay attention to training and developing specialized and part-time personnel.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee awarded prizes for the CTF competition. Accordingly, the first prize went to the ITDLU{SoS} team from Da Lat University; two second prizes were awarded to the YU-Ready team from Yersin University, Da Lat, and the UPTTechlog team from Phan Thiet University; three third prizes went to the Six Bit, 007-NotFound, and 404 Flag Not Found teams; and four consolation prizes were also awarded.
