At the conference, the leaders of the Military Broadcasting and Television Center reported on the proposal to organize the Lunar New Year program "Spring Road of Vietnam - Convergence". This is a special, large-scale program, expected to be implemented during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, based on the consolidation of six previous Lunar New Year programs that the Military Broadcasting and Television Center regularly organized.

The conference heard a report from the leaders of the Military Radio and Television Center on proposals for organizing the Tet Binh Ngo 2026 program.

Along with a general overview of the scale, organization, and special significance of the program, the leaders of the Military Radio and Television Center focused on highlighting the new and unique aspects of the program the unit plans to implement. Among these, a notable point is the planned live broadcast with the participation of the United Nations peacekeeping force in South Sudan and a live broadcast from a location in the Truong Sa Special Administrative Region (Khanh Hoa province)…

After listening to the proposals from the leaders of the Military Radio and Television Center, the delegates at the conference contributed many opinions, focusing on analyzing and clarifying the advantages and difficulties; suggesting and guiding some content to ensure the program is truly impressive, has a wide reach, and is absolutely safe in all aspects.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To acknowledged and commended the Military Radio and Television Center for its active and proactive coordination with relevant agencies and units in advising and proposing the organization of the Lunar New Year program for the Year of the Horse, ensuring it basically adhered to the policies and viewpoints of higher authorities. He also requested the unit to fully incorporate the contributions of the delegates at the conference; to continue considering and researching the program's theme, ensuring it is impressive, thought-provoking, and creates a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere for the New Year celebration.

General Truong Thien To requested that the unit focus on inviting only domestic artists, giving special priority to artists and actors from the Army; striving to ensure the convergence of artists from all three regions, with many different art forms, including considering the use of performances that are both rich in tradition and contemporary elements. Along with that, the program structure should be reviewed and streamlined to ensure conciseness and avoid being overly lengthy. The program must ensure a consistent theme: highlighting the achievements of the country and the Army, especially the noble image of the Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in all aspects of work and the will and determination of all officers and soldiers to successfully complete their tasks in the new year.

In addition to the above, General Truong Thien To requested the Military Broadcasting and Television Center to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to quickly complete the detailed plan and script for submission to higher levels for review as prescribed; and to simultaneously carry out preparations in all aspects. At the same time, they should continue to survey, research, and select a suitable venue for the program; and closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units to ensure good security, order, sound, and lighting so that the program is successful and absolutely safe in all aspects.

General Truong Thien To also instructed the relevant agencies and art units of the General Political Department to actively coordinate and assist the Military Radio and Television Center in the script development, selection, and use of suitable artists and actors to ensure the program achieves the highest artistic quality.
