Over the past years, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Ha Tinh province have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives and instructions of the Ministry of National Defense , the Military Region and the Steering Committee of Project 2036 of Military Region 4, promptly advised the local Party Committee and authorities to issue Directives on strengthening the Party's leadership over the mass mobilization work of the provincial armed forces, and at the same time advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish the Provincial Steering Committee 2036 in accordance with regulations.

The working delegation of the Steering Committee of Project 2036 of Military Region 4 visited children being raised and studying at the Hong Linh Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education for Children with Disabilities.

During the 2023-2025 period, the Provincial Military Command organized 6 training courses for 1,716 cadres working in mass mobilization of the armed forces in the province; combined with the task of training cadres at the beginning of the year, organized 15 training courses for 1,515 permanent cadres and militiamen on ethnic and religious knowledge; opened 2 training courses on national defense and security knowledge for 126 village elders, village chiefs, dignitaries, religious officials, prestigious people, and clan leaders.

The Steering Committees for the implementation of the project at all levels have mobilized 2.3 billion VND (of which the upper-level budget is 1.040 billion VND) and 2,455 working days (of which 1,115 working days are from the armed forces, 1,340 working days are from the people) to build "Smart Mass Mobilization" models in areas with special factors. Of which, 15 models operate effectively, highly appreciated by the Party Committee, government and people. Field trips to do mass mobilization work, help people eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, prevent and combat natural disasters, build new rural areas, and care for poor but studious students are maintained regularly and spread effectively.

The delegation visited the garment training class at the Hong Linh Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education for Children with Disabilities.

Through the inspection, the Working Group of the Steering Committee of Project 2036 of Military Region 4 highly appreciated the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command in leading, directing and implementing Project 2036, the basic goals and targets were achieved and exceeded the requirements.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Provincial Military Command continue to promote the achieved results, focus on directing and further improving the quality of mass mobilization work, contributing to building a strong Ha Tinh military, closely attached to the people, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.
