Over nearly two days, 50 trainees from agencies and units in the Central and Central Highlands regions studied three key topics: “Propaganda, mass mobilization, and external information work to build a people's border defense system along the land border of the Border Guard Force”; “Results of implementing programs and projects related to ethnic affairs, ethnic policies, and mass mobilization work of the Army along the land borders; requirements and lessons learned for information, propaganda, and mobilization work along the land borders in the coming time”; “The economic, political , defense, and security situation along the land borders; issues requiring guidance in propaganda.”

Colonel Tran Phu Mung, Head of the Press and Information Department (Propaganda Department), delivered the closing remarks.

These are important contents that will serve as a basis for unifying leadership, direction, management, and improving the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of Project 1219 in the coming period.

During the training course, the Organizing Committee proactively advised, proposed, and developed plans; effectively coordinated and collaborated closely; prepared materials; selected capable and experienced speakers to present the topics; and provided trainees with basic, practical, and up-to-date information on the current situation. The trainees demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, actively and independently researching, exchanging ideas, and improving their knowledge, experience, and information and communication skills to support the planning and implementation of Project 1219 at their units and localities in the future.

Following the training, the Organizing Committee requested that, based on the knowledge and experience gained, the trainees continue to study, train, and improve their political acumen, information and propaganda skills; advise Party committees, political commissars, and commanders of agencies and units, as well as Party committees, governments, and departments in the land border provinces to decisively and effectively implement Project 1219, contributing to building strong and comprehensive agencies and units that are "exemplary and outstanding," and building civilized, prosperous, and strong land border provinces, improving the material and spiritual lives of the people.
