During the peak period, Yen So ward put forward three clear action messages: firstly, the spirit of "saying is doing": All commitments have a 30-60-90 day timeframe, with specific, publicly available products for people to monitor; secondly, innovation linked to digital transformation: Each agency, school, and enterprise registers at least one digital model or solution closely adhering to resolutions and Project 06 (identification, online public services, "digital one-stop shop" process); thirdly, the three digital pillars: Building digital citizens (digital skills, using digital services); digital civil servants (working in a digital environment, open data, processing correctly, completely, and on time); and digital government (digital processes, shared data, real-time operation).

With the determination of "Discipline - Responsibility - Action - Innovation - Development," and the spirit of " Hanoi says it and does it - does it quickly, does it correctly, does it effectively, does it to the end," the comrade believes that the 90-day intensive campaign will create a clear transformation from awareness to action, contributing to building a solid digital citizenry, digital civil servant, and digital government right from the grassroots level.

Responding to the program, Deputy Principal Nguyen Huu Hoa of Chu Van An Secondary School stated that Chu Van An Secondary School considers innovation in education as truly "a technological revolution in education"; he also shared solutions for digital transformation in the school's administration. Accordingly, ward forces will handle violations of urban order, sidewalk encroachment, road encroachment, littering, and burning; dismantle illegal and temporary markets that violate traffic safety corridors and road infrastructure; and organize general cleaning, decoration, and beautification campaigns for streets, alleys, parks, flower gardens, public playgrounds, and historical sites in the area… The campaign will begin at 7:00 AM on December 13, 2025 (Saturday) and will be implemented weekly.

The roadmap for implementing immediate solutions (to be completed before Q1/2026) is divided into three phases. Phase 1 involves reviewing and repainting street markings; and conducting public awareness campaigns (to be completed before December 31, 2025); Phase 2 involves comprehensive inspection, handling, and removal of violations (to be completed before January 30, 2026); and Phase 3 focuses on maintaining, preventing, and combating re-violations (to be carried out regularly and continuously).
