DNO - Following the heavy rains and floods at the end of 2025, many houses in Da Nang were left with only crumbling walls, collapsed roofs, and waterlogged earthen floors. Following the directives of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in the "Quang Trung Campaign," Da Nang mobilized the entire political system to urgently rebuild homes for families who suffered significant losses before the Lunar New Year of 2026.
