This image symbolizes the unity and solidarity of the two merged localities, while also reflecting the spirit of convergence, pride, and unwavering confidence in the Party.
The logo embodies the will and aspirations of the youth of the ethnic groups in Dak Lak province: unity, resilience, and pioneering spirit in digital transformation; nurturing the desire to build a rapidly developing, sustainable, and civilized homeland; and preserving and promoting ethnic cultural identity in the province's strong upward trajectory.

In this design, the dominant blue color symbolizes the sea and the youth, representing youthful energy, hope, and a desire to contribute. The gong and Central Highlands motifs reflect the depth of local culture; the red symbolizes the fertile basalt soil, enduring vitality, dynamic spirit, and aspiration for progress.
The image of the Nghinh Phong Tower symbolizes "welcoming new winds," expressing the hope that the 2025-2030 term will be a period of embracing new thinking, new creativity, and new development. The lines simulating moving electronic circuits show the intelligence, acumen, and pioneering role of youth in digital transformation.
The unveiling of the official logo marks an important preparatory step for the Congress, spreading a youthful, creative spirit and a determination to work together to build a prosperous and beautiful Dak Lak in the new era.
According to the plan, the first Provincial Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, for the term 2025-2030, will take place on December 18-19, 2025.
