The Trade Union of Thai Nguyen University currently has 3,794 members, organized into 13 affiliated grassroots trade unions.

During the period 2023-2025, the Trade Union of Thai Nguyen University fully and promptly implemented policies and regulations for employees such as salaries, social insurance, health insurance, maternity benefits, etc.

100% of officials and employees comply well with the policies of the Party, the State, the Education sector, and the resolutions of trade unions at all levels.

Patriotic emulation movements have been implemented in a practical and effective manner, notably: "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning," "Good teaching - good learning," "Every teacher is a role model of morality, self-study and creativity," "Excellent and creative labor," etc.

Women's affairs work continues to see many positive changes, with over 95% of female officials and employees achieving the title of "Excellent at work, competent at home" at the grassroots level.

Delegates cast their votes to elect the Executive Committee of the 7th Congress of the Trade Union of Thai Nguyen University, for the term 2025-2030.

With the goal of building Thai Nguyen University into a green university, a digital university - a center of innovation for the Northern Midlands and mountainous region, the Congress identified key tasks for the 2025-2030 term, including: Representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests, and contributing to improving the quality of life for staff and employees.

Participate in management, build harmonious and stable labor relations; promote propaganda, education, and mobilization of union members; and build a strong trade union organization.

Applying information technology to promote digital transformation in trade union activities. Training and developing the capacity of trade union officials. Organizing emulation movements linked to the political tasks of Thai Nguyen University.

The Congress elected 15 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Thai Nguyen University, 7th term, 2025-2030; and elected 8 comrades to attend the 17th Congress of the Vietnam Education Trade Union, 2025-2030.
