Mr. Trinh Bao Chau, Deputy Director and Chairman of the Trade Union of An Giang Lottery Company Limited, stated that during the 2023-2025 term, the Trade Union Executive Committee, in coordination with the company's leadership, organized employee conferences on schedule as stipulated by the Provincial Labor Federation. Union members and employees participated in discussions on labor regulations, occupational safety and health, fire prevention and control, wages, bonuses, welfare, improving productivity and work quality, and solutions for implementing production and business plans. Simultaneously, the company effectively implemented grassroots democracy regulations, regularly engaging in dialogue with employees. Through these discussions, the company's leadership and the Trade Union Executive Committee listened to and discussed proposals, suggestions, and solutions from union members and employees, enabling timely adjustments and additions to practical solutions that improve work efficiency, living standards, and income for union members and employees. “The company's grassroots trade union executive committee always focuses on leading and directing activities, emphasizing innovation in content and methods to improve the quality of activities in accordance with the actual situation. In particular, it proactively coordinates with professional departments and organizations to effectively conduct propaganda activities, emulation campaigns for excellent and creative work, and cultural, sports, and arts activities,” Mr. Trinh Bao Chau shared.
The work of disseminating and educating on legal matters has always been given attention, promptly implementing the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and documents from trade unions at all levels to union members and workers for application in their work. The movement to build a cultured workplace has always been given attention and improved. The Executive Committee of the company's grassroots trade union encourages union members and workers to practice good conduct, politeness in communication, and maintain a clean, green, and beautiful workplace.
The company's grassroots trade union actively cooperates with the company's leadership to effectively organize patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the excellent fulfillment of political and professional tasks, and helping to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. The company effectively implements policies and regulations, caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and employees, notably: maintaining the practice of giving gifts to union members and employees on holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and birthdays; visiting and providing allowances for illness, bereavement, and weddings. At the same time, it organizes activities to care for the children of union members and employees on International Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival; and rewards children of union members and employees with good academic achievements. In addition, it mobilizes union members and employees to contribute to the fund for the poor, the fund for disaster prevention and control, the fund for gratitude and remembrance, and other social welfare activities, totaling 707 million VND.
The company's grassroots trade union executive committee consistently upholds the tradition of solidarity, prioritizes building a strong trade union organization, proactively develops activity plans, ensures operations are conducted according to regulations, and promotes democracy. Each executive committee member is assigned specific and clear tasks, fostering a strong sense of responsibility. Membership development is prioritized, encouraging eligible workers to join the trade union. During the past term, the company's grassroots trade union successfully launched and mobilized 100% of its members and workers to participate in the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" emulation movement and other company-wide emulation movements; 100% of the trade union branches successfully completed their tasks; and the grassroots trade union achieved excellent performance annually…
For the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of An Giang Lottery Company Limited strives to achieve and surpass key targets such as: building a grassroots trade union that successfully completes its annual tasks and ensures all conditions are met to be classified as having excellently completed its tasks, 100% of trade union branches successfully completing their tasks, 95% of union members achieving the title of outstanding trade union member, and recommending 5 or more union members for Party membership…
