Special session of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board Conference for the 2025-2030 term.

On the afternoon of December 12th, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the Conference of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term (Special Session) to carry out the work of evaluating the Provincial Party Committee in 2025 and personnel work.

Attending the conference were: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Central Party Building Committees monitoring and in charge of Tuyen Quang province; and Secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and wards.

Delivering a guiding speech at the Conference, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The assessment of the quality of the Party Committee in 2025 is of decisive importance to achieving the goals set forth in the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress. The assessment must be carried out seriously, impartially, and honestly, using the actual effectiveness of the work, the satisfaction of the people, and the results of the implementation of political tasks as the most important measure.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that all subordinate Party committees and organizations focus on comprehensively reviewing and evaluating all four aspects: leadership in implementing political tasks, Party building work, government work, and mass organization work; paying particular attention to evaluating the quality of key officials and the exemplary conduct of Party members; and completing the evaluation according to the agreed schedule and procedures.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee cast their votes to carry out the evaluation of the Provincial Party Committee in 2025.

The conference adopted a detailed plan for evaluating and classifying the quality of Party organizations and Party members in 2025. Evaluation criteria were agreed upon, focusing on specific details and adhering closely to the Resolutions and Directives of the Central Committee and the province. Solutions were proposed to improve the quality of evaluations and address shortcomings from previous years. The conference also addressed personnel matters, consolidating and supplementing the membership of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
